With this in mind we are hosting a get together for Chester Property Professionals, combining some good old fashioned socialising with a little bit of CPD in the form of an update on the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) legislation.

The CPD
The Building Safety Regulator (BSR) will come into force from April 2024 with registration open from October 2023.
In preparation for this Legal Director and property litigation guru Sarah Mansfield be presenting an update on the new legislation. We recently held this event in-house for our own team and feedback was so positive that we have decided to offer it to the wider Chester property community.
