What is your role and area of expertise?
Having been a Solicitor for over 10 years I moved from Litigation to Property Law for a new challenge. Having gained the required expertise, I now deal with a range of matter including, sales and purchases, First Registrations and Transfers of Equity. I do however find that my years negotiating within Litigation can assist in some trick circumstances.
How do you approach working with clients?
All Clients are different, but I believe that we all have the same agender in buying and selling their properties with as little stress as possible. I find that keeping clients updated can go along way for assisting with this.
What’s a standout achievement in your career?
I feel like property is full of little wins when clients are happy with the results or you can solve something for them which at first looked like an unachievable hurdle.
How do you incorporate Cullimore Dutton’s values?
Clear communication alongside being open and honest in helping the clients achieve their goals.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and am also the member of a running group.
