Just wanted to let you know that Mai has been an absolute star today. Not only did she help me sort the POA paperwork, she showed care and compassion.  It is very stressful at times and I am juggling so many things at once.  I had a bit of a meltdown and Mai listened to me and she was very kind in letting me offload everything.
