Sarah Davies
Director, Head of Residential Conveyancing
What is your role and area of expertise?
I am the Director and Head of Residential Conveyancing at Cullimore Dutton. I specialise in new build transactions, freehold sales and purchases, residential leasehold purchases and sales, and residential remortgages.
As head of the department, I guide a skilled team in delivering expert legal solutions while focusing on simplifying the process for clients.
How do you approach working with clients?
I work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, ensuring a clear and collaborative approach throughout the conveyancing process. My priority is to provide straightforward advice and regular updates to make their experience as stress-free as possible. Building strong relationships through open communication is at the core of how I work.
What’s a standout achievement in your career?
There isn’t one specific moment that stands out above all others; every day in my role is immensely rewarding. Being able to confirm the completion of a property transaction and seeing the joy it brings to my clients gives my work significant meaning. It’s these daily achievements that make my career so fulfilling.
How do you incorporate Cullimore Dutton’s values?
Respect, collaboration, and simplicity are central to everything I do. I believe in fostering respect both within my team and with our clients, working collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes.
My focus on simplicity means that I aim to make even the most complex legal processes easy for clients to understand and navigate. In line with Cullimore Dutton’s ethos, every day we strive to change the lives of our clients, colleagues, and community through expert legal solutions.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and husband. We often visit Pwllheli in North Wales to enjoy the seaside and the open water. I’m also originally from Leeds, so I love heading back to see family and friends whenever I can. These moments of connection and relaxation are important to me.
