Associate solicitor in Property
I have specialised in property for over six years and take pride in helping clients achieve their property aspirations with as little stress as possible.
I am able to assist with:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Residential remortgages
- Commercial sales and purchases
- Negotiation and grants of leases, for both landlords and tenants
- Commercial lending and remortgages
How do you approach working with clients?
I believe that building a strong rapport with clients is key to successful partnerships. I approach each client relationship with openness, honesty, and a commitment to understanding their needs and goals. By fostering transparent and approachable communication, I aim to create a collaborative environment where we can openly discuss ideas, address any challenges, and celebrate achievements together. My goal is to make every client feel valued and supported throughout our work together.
What’s a standout achievement in your career?
My standout achievement in my career has been my promotion to Associate. This milestone was not only a recognition of my hard work and dedication but also an opportunity to take on greater responsibility within the team. In this role, I’ve been able to lead projects independently, mentor newer team members, and contribute to decision-making within the team, which has been incredibly rewarding.
