Chloe Graves
Independent Financial Adviser
What is your role and area of expertise?
As a financial adviser my role is to assist clients in creating financial plans that cater to their individual needs and goals. This involves analysing their financial circumstances, recommending appropriate investment strategies, and offering guidance on retirement planning and pension options.
How do you approach working with clients?
I focus on building trust and getting to know my clients. Ongoing communication is also key within my approach, I regularly review and adjust plans for example due to changes in their circumstances.
What’s a standout achievement in your career?
Only 16% of financial advisers are women, and just 5.7% are under the age of 30. This unique perspective allows me to empower other young women in finance while providing clients with a diverse approach to financial planning. Also, as a bonus I’ve also helped a client save £40,000.00 in tax through clever financial planning which was a pretty good feeling for us both!
How do you incorporate Cullimore Dutton’s values?
I think integrity and collaboration within financial planning are really important and alongside being part of our values they are how I like to operate in day-to-day life. Simple and transparent communication also allows me to make financial concepts accessible for everyone.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Outside of work, you'll often find me reading a good book or spending quality time with family, friends and my dog Tonka. I’m also currently studying for my Level 6 diploma, which takes up a lot of my time but is a rewarding challenge.
