Louise Davies-Jones

Residential Conveyanacing
Qualified: 2022

Meet Louise

Hello, I joined the Residential Conveyancing team in May 2022.

I graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a degree in English Literature in 2013 before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) in 2019. I then completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in Chester, achieving the LLM award.
I recently completed my Training Contract at another regional law firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in June 2022.

I have acquired over ten years’ experience in property transactions throughout my career having worked as a Legal Assistant and a Paralegal prior to commencing my legal training.

Moving house can be a really stressful time and, as a Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing Department, I will always do everything within my power to ensure that the legal process itself is as stress-free as possible for my clients.

I pride myself on being both friendly and approachable and on ensuring that my clients feel reassured and up-to-date throughout the life of their transactions.

I am able to assist with:

  • Freehold sales and purchases
  • Leasehold sales and purchases
  • Residential remortgages
