Age is just a number!
Whether you are aged 18, 99 or anything in-between there are plenty of mortgage schemes available to fit all requirements.
Not all lenders offer a wide range of mortgage products and walking up and down the high street may not help you find a lender who is able to offer you
a suitable mortgage. Many people research mortgage schemes online, however, these borrowers miss out on our expertise, the full range of products that
we have access to and of course our personal face to face support and advice throughout the process.
Diverse mortgage schemes for a diverse range of clients
Recently, I have advised a client aged 70 who needed to remortgage his buy
to let property – his existing mortgage had come to the end of its term and the lender in question was not willing to extend it, I was able to find
him a new mortgage scheme with a new lender. I have also recently arranged residential mortgages for both a client aged 66 and for a first-time buyer
aged 24, so we are well versed in finding a diverse range of mortgages for our diverse range of clients.
Mortgages on inherited properties
Often when a property has been inherited the beneficiaries may be considering
selling or letting the property. I have arranged mortgages which enable one party to buy out the others so that the property can be let. As a side
note, our Wills, Trusts & Estates team recommend that clients review their existing mortgage arrangements when writing or reviewing their Will.
We are truly independent
Our status as independent mortgage and later life lending advisers really helps us to research the best scheme
for our clients. The list of lenders and their different mortgage products is almost endless.
We study our clients’ circumstances and requirements in detail and then match them to the lenders’ criteria to ensure we obtain the best mortgage scheme.
We offer a free no obligation meeting where clients can discuss the schemes with us so we can explain the options available to them.
