FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR: THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for a full-time Financial Services Administrator to join Financial Services team.

Job Role: Financial Services Administrator
Department: Financial Services
Location: Chester
Term: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Competitive, DOE + benefits

The successful candidate will:

  • Support the financial advisers to deliver a first-class service to our clients
  • Contact clients in all stages of the advice process
  • Be responsible for the submission and collation of letters of authority and engage with providers to ensure timely completion
  • Oversee the client management system to deliver client review meetings in line with consumer duty expectations
  • Case management including the submission of new business
  • Provide a first-class service to clients, presenting a positive image of Cullimore Dutton at all times
  • Maintain a professional attitude and effective communications between clients, team members and colleagues
  • Recognise, respect and honour client confidentiality at all times

FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR: THE PERSON

You will need a flexible approach and the ability to work as part of a team, together with the following skills:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills both on the telephone and in person
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong appreciation of time line management
