We have a vacancy for a full-time Business Administrator to join our Business Services team.

Purpose of the role:

The role of business administrator is to provide customer service and support to clients and colleagues. Being the first point of contact for the firm, you are required to present a professional image of the business.

Typical tasks:

  • Answering calls promptly and professionally
  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the business
  • Mailroom duties
  • Photocopying and scanning
  • Logging of Deeds/Wills into storage
  • Ordering of stock
  • File opening and closures
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Required knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • Able to manage time and prioritise work
  • High standards in literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good work ethic
  • Flexibility
