You will no doubt have a few questions about the advice and support our team offers as well as the processes involved before you decide to instruct your Solicitor.
We have captured some of the questions which we are frequently asked below. Remember all our teams also offer a free initial consultation.
What type of legal and financial services do you offer?
All the services we offer are detailed by department in the “Clients” section of this website.
Why do you offer financial services alongside legal services?
We believe that by offering pensions and investment advice alongside our legal services provides our clients with a better service.
The legal services we offer are intrinsically linked to our financial services, be they divorce and pensions, or inheritance and investments. We truly believe that offering this range of services enable us to be a one stop shop for our clients personal and financial requirements.
Will it cost me to have an initial consultation?
No, we offer a free initial consultation to all our new clients; across all our departments, this will likely be via a phone or video call. During this consultation we will establish what it is you need our help and advice with and if we are able to support you. You will get an insight into our business and an idea of costs which will help you decide if you wish to instruct us.
How much do your services cost?
Some of our services are offered with a fixed fee, others are charged on a time served basis dependant on what it is you need our support with. We will always provide you with an estimate on costs before we start any work and will keep you updated on costs as your matter progresses.
For further information on our fees visit the Pricing section of this website.
