Hello, I joined the Residential Conveyancing team in May 2022.

I graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a degree in English Literature in 2013 before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) in 2019. I then completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in Chester, achieving the LLM award.

I have acquired over ten years’ experience in property transactions throughout my career having worked as a Legal Assistant and a Paralegal prior to commencing my legal training.

I pride myself on being both friendly and approachable and on ensuring that my clients feel reassured and up-to-date throughout the life of their transactions.

I joined the Property team at Cullimore Dutton as a legal assistant in June 2021 and was delighted to be promoted to the role of Paralegal within our Utilities team in April 2022. Prior to joining the business, I had worked within the legal sector for a year following my graduation in 2019 from the University of Liverpool with a Law degree.

I have always been interested in property law and the challenges this area of law provides. I look forward to working alongside the skilled and experienced lawyers within our Utilities team, and I very much look forward to developing my knowledge and experience as my career progresses.

Outside of work, I have a passion for horse riding and show jumping, and I love to take my crazy cocker spaniel Hank along with me whenever I can.

Hello. I joined the Cullimore Dutton’s family Law team in February 2022 as an Associate Solicitor and Collaborative Family Lawyer. I have over 10 years’ experience in the field of family law and deal with all aspects of private family law.

I gained a wealth of experience in dealing with children law cases early on in my career, which has given me the expertise to advise families on all aspects of children law, including child arrangements, specific issue orders, prohibited steps orders, parental responsibility, adoption and special guardianship orders.

I also specialise in advising clients in relation to divorce, civil partnership dissolution and cohabitation disputes together with negotiating on complex financial settlements. I am also able to advise on pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.

I am a committed member of Resolution, seeking to resolve family disputes in a constructive manner. I approach cases with a sensitive, friendly and pragmatic manner and strive to ensure that a client’s case is dealt with proportionately and cost-effectively. I am a qualified collaborative lawyer. I truly believe that the process can offer clients a ‘better way’ for separating families to make decisions whilst giving the opportunity to remain amicable. This can help retain a positive co-parenting relationship as well as help to maintain other relationships, extended families or mutual friends. It also allows families to negotiate at their own pace and avoid the cost and acrimony that court proceedings can cause.

Where court proceedings are unavoidable, I am an experienced and efficient litigator with technical knowledge of the law and procedural rules. My sensitive, calm manner and hard-working ethics allow me to support clients through their court case and provide assurance and straight-forward legal advice at every step of the way.

I have previously worked in firms in North Wales, Knutsford and a reputable Legal500 firm in Manchester. Having grown up in North Wales and lived in Chester for a number of years, I am excited to have the opportunity to provide advice and support to local families as well as those further afield who are in need of sensible and expert advice on family law matters.

My expertise is in:
• Child arrangements, including adoption and special guardianship
• All aspects of divorce and separation including complex financial negotiations
• Pre and post nuptial agreements
• Cohabitation agreements
• Cohabitee disputes
• Collaborative family law

Away from work, I enjoy playing hockey, spending time with my family, going on caravan holidays, baking with my children and walking my golden retriever in the Cheshire countryside.

Hello, I joined Cullimore Dutton in January 2022 as Head of the Financial Services Team having worked in the financial services sector for 35 years. I am a Chartered Financial Planner; Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and I truly believe that the right financial planning and advice can make a huge difference to a client’s life and their long-term goals.

I have previously been a Director of Barclays Bank and Banco Santander prior to leading and managing an investment service across Liverpool, Manchester and Northern Ireland.

In recent years I have been a development manager providing support and advice on how to run a successful client focused business and since 2015 have owned and run my own financial planning companies.

Having a real focus on helping our clients in all their professional service needs while developing long-term relationships based on trust is fundamental to who we are and what we do. I believe that we can be a professional companion constantly providing the support, guidance and expert advice that we all need.

When not at work I love to spend time with my wife Sarah and teenage son Sebastian, having family cinema time and enjoying family dinners together. If time allows gym and tennis then gives me the chance to feel better for all of my indulgences.
