We have a vacancy for a full-time Business Administrator to join our Business Services team.

Purpose of the role:
The role of business administrator is to provide customer service and support to clients and colleagues. Being the first point of contact for the firm, you are required to present a professional image of the business.
Typical tasks:
- Answering calls promptly and professionally
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the business
- Mailroom duties
- Photocopying and scanning
- Logging of Deeds/Wills into storage
- Ordering of stock
- File opening and closures
- Other administrative tasks as required
Required knowledge, skills and experience:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- The ability to work well within a team
- Able to manage time and prioritise work
- High standards in literacy and numeracy skills
- Good work ethic
- Flexibility
