Adapting our service to support our clients

Now that we are roughly two weeks into the Coronavirus lockdown, we wanted to share this brief update of how we have adapted our service, ensuring that we continue to help, support and advise our clients. 

Our team have adjusted well to working remotely and can access our systems securely. We had made preparations in advance of the lockdown and our contingency
plans were swiftly implemented, ensuring a smooth transition.

As solicitors and financial advisors, we value and enjoy providing our specialist advice on a one-to-one basis. We have ensured that our clients can still
have face-to-face contact with our team by hosting consultations on FaceTime, WhatsApp video and Skype. If you would like us to arrange a face-to-face

We have a small team based at HQ which has enabled us to continue to receive and deal with postal enquiries, take card payments and administer requests
for legal documentation such as Wills and property deeds. We have also introduced a new system for Will signings ensuring that social distancing is
observed. Additionally, we have adapted our procedures for receiving and certifying client identification, enabling us to take on new clients without
them having to attend our office.

 

Supporting our NHS Heroes 

As a nation we are proud of the dedicated work of our NHS staff. Our business has sought to support them over recent weeks by offering fee free mortgage
and equity release advice and out of hours appointments for Will writing and Will updates, enabling them to arrange appointments which fit around their
work patterns.
